Job Title: LabVIEW Validation Engineer

What you'll do:

• Design and develop customized ATE-Automated Test Equipment using National Instruments Software, LabView and Test-Stand.
• Develop and document Test-Stand scripts using LabVIEW, Python, and Automation Framework.
• Develop and maintain custom windows platform applications - GUI development using LabVIEW.
• Troubleshoot the testing system interface with the ECU software firmware updates.
• Work with real-time processor interfaces and FPGA embedded systems.
• Work with automotive network protocols Ethernet, CANFD, CAN, LIN, etc.
• Prepare Harness requirements specification and configure it based on the models.
• Perform custom application design and development for in house hardware in the loop tester for testing various ECUs-Electronic Control Units (ADAS, Lidar. Radar, Camera, etc.)
• Prepare test cases considering test coverage and conduct bench testing using validation procedures to meet customer and internal functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues found during validation and organizing analysis with cross functional team (hardware, software, algorithm).

What you'll bring:

• BS/MS in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, integration, or Computer Engineering.
• Three plus years of direct experience including automotive experience is required.
• Knowledge of embedded micro-controller products.
• Skilled in the use of communication protocols and tools such as serial, ISO, CAN, etc.
• Knowledge of using test equipment, waveform generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Ability to create new unique tools to improve the validation effort a plus.
• Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong writing skills to create well-written procedures and test reports.
